Psychotherapy is a process of self-discovery. You are supported to develop personal awareness through the identification of conscious and subconscious thoughts, emotions, beliefs, stories and experiences. By supporting you to embrace all the parts of self, it is a pathway to improved mental health, wellbeing and transformation.
Counselling supports you to make sense of the challenging moments that can make life difficult. Through talk therapy you will explore your challenge with reference to your personal history and context while being supported to develop practical strategies to overcome your challenge and improve your quality of life.
Coaching focuses on the achievement of personal or professional development goals. Coaching conversations challenge established beliefs, behaviour and personal limitations, re-framing situations to promote growth mindset, confidence and self-efficacy. Through this process clients move effectively towards goals with encouragement and accountability.
We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work, the Dharug, Gundungurra and Wiradjuri people. We recognise their continued connection to the land and waters of this beautiful place, and acknowledge that they never ceded sovereignty. We pay our respect to elders past, present and emerging.
